Devotions are written specifically for Lent, 2025 by Pastor Bill Dohle of King of Kings Lutheran Church in Pueblo, CO. Alternately, consider using the ELCA World Hunger weekly Lenten study as one of your 40-40-40 Lenten practices.

Rev. William Dohle (Pastor Bill) has been in ministry for 25 years. Ordained in 2000, Pastor Bill has served congregations in California, Colorado, Montana, and Illinois. He has written devotions for 18 years for The Word In Season and had plays published as well. Each year for the past ten years he has written a lenten devotion that is published with his congregation. Pastor Bill is the father of four and the spouse of one. He enjoys hiking, walking the dogs, reading, video games, and, recently, playing Dungeons and Dragons with two groups in his congregation.
